As we approach our 3rd year as the business operators of CH Boutique Apartments, we are pleased to announce that from today, we are the freehold owners of the property.
Those who stay with us regularly will know that our accommodation journey began in Tamworth in 2014 when we transformed the historic Central Hotel to the CH on Peel. In 2018, we expanded by opening an Executive Wing and rebranding to the CH Boutique Hotel. The Apartments then opened their doors in time for the Country Music Festival in 2023.
The recent DA approval of the CH Boutique Hotel in Gunnedah will soon see construction commence for a 70-room hotel complete with a private lounge, a restaurant and bar, gym and a function space big enough to cater for 120 people.
This news is certainly a wonderful way to finish 2025!
