As the colder weather approaches, the culinary team at Central Hospitality Group has unveiled a range of new winter menus that celebrate the flavours of the season and the incredible produce of our region.

DECO Wine Bar & Restaurant

At DECO, the team has elevated its winter offering with dishes such as Saffron Risotto with Prawns and Scallops, Slow Braised Lamb Shank and Truffle Chicken.

Duck continues to feature prominently on the menu, with the signature Duck Spring Rolls remaining a favourite entrée, while the Cherry Glazed Duck Confit is set to become a standout winter main.

And no visit to DECO is complete without dessert. Guests can indulge in Warm Coconut Crumble with creamy custard and vanilla ice cream, Pistachio Crème Cheesecake, or a rich Sticky Date Pudding served with butterscotch sauce, fresh cream and berries.

The Pig & Tinder Box

Once again, The Pig & Tinder Box is turning up the flavour with a menu full of vibrant share plates, overflowing cocktails, and easy-yet-impressive mains and desserts. Expect dishes designed to surprise and delight, including the Caldereta Lamb Rack, Coconut Poached Salmon and Garlic Thyme Pork Chops. Guests can also choose from three different marinated skewers, but you haven’t lived until you’ve tried the handmade Pork and Prawn Dim Sum and the Pig’s signature Korean Fried Chicken.

Dessert lovers are equally spoilt for choice, with highlights including the Warm Coconut Date Pudding, Marble Crinkle Cake and the venue’s playful take on a classic carrot cake with “Carrots 5 Ways”.

Think comfort, warmth and seriously good flavour — the kind of menu that makes cold mornings worth getting out of bed for.

Hopscotch continues its tradition of generous all-day dining featuring quality locally sourced ingredients, with menu highlights including the Moroccan Shakshuka, Crispy Grilled Barramundi, and an outstanding range of toasties, burgers and wraps loaded with flavour.

For those chasing something sweet, the waffles, pancakes and French toast are sure to hit the spot, while the famous Hopscotch Bowls remain a favourite for guests looking for something a little lighter.
